Bioinfo Systems, LLC is seeking position of Software Quality Engineer in Hartford, CT and various, unanticipated domestic client locations throughout the United States. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems/Security, position requires 2 year of experience as Software Quality Engineer, QA Automation Engineer or QA/Test Engineer position. Aforementioned 2 year of experience must include at least 6 months of experience in the following skills: SQL Server, Java, JavaScript, Salesforce and Selenium. Job Duties: Working with the product development team and product manager to outline functional and technical application design. Planning, analysis, design, development and maintenance of software lifecycle. Creating database concepts to implement secure user interface. Developing automation scripts for baseline, sanity, functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing. Identifying, tracking, and repairing technical and logical flaws in source code such as security vulnerabilities and compliance issues. Preparing, validating, and executing test cases to ensure high quality software product release. Periodic travel/relocation to client locations within the U.S. may be required. Position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Engineering Management, position requires no experience and must have working knowledge of Python, Matplotlib, Pandas, HTML and Linux. Job Duties: Analyze and process complex data using various data visualization tools and techniques. Process huge online data to analyze logs and plot live graphs. Real-time monitoring, testing, configuring, controlling and evaluation on network data. Measure performance for internal builds by data modeling techniques. Support operations and reduce management cost from data analysis. Develop, maintain, improve software systems and write code across the full stack.
